New Jersey Basic Estate Administration

​This course is designed to sharpen attendees' skills in addressing estate administration issues through effective legal research techniques. Through a series of practical illustrations, the goal is to enhance attendees' proficiency in tackling issues arising on the topic, along with ethical issues.  



NJ CLE CREDIT    3.0 Credits,  Including 1.2 Ethics/Professionalism Credits        |     Also Includes 3.0  New Admit Credits

This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 3 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 1.2 qualify as hours for                 ethics/professionalism, and 0 qualify as credit toward certification in civil trial law, criminal trial law, workers compensation law, municipal court law, and/or matrimonial law. 


This program also qualifies under the new admit area of New Jersey basic estate administration for 3 hours of CLE credit.

This course is designed to sharpen attendees' skills in addressing landlord/tenant issues through effective legal research techniques. Through a series of practical illustrations, the goal is to enhance

attendees' proficiency in tackling issues arising on the topic, along with ethical issues.
