 New Jersey Basic Estate Administration

​  This presentation focuses on legal research and utilizing this skill to effectively address issues in this practice area. Through a series of illustrations on such topics as jurisdiction, the         size of the estate, intestacy, asset gathering, payment of debts, asset distribution and closing an estate, the goal of the presentation is to sharpen the foundational research skills of           attendees.

  This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 3 hours of total CLE credit.   The goal of this presentation is to illustrate how to effectively tackle issues arising in this subject area through quality legal research skills. Through a series of illustrations on such              topics as will and trust drafting, planning for disability and incapacity, business succession, charitable planning, powers oF attorney and execution of documents, this presentation is          designed to increase attendees' legal research skills on the topic.

  This presentation is designed to sharpen the skill of addressing landlord/tenant issues using effective legal research techniques. Through a series of illustrations on such topics as            

  lease contents, security deposits, duties of landlords and tenants and the collection of rents, the goal is to lay out the value of  legal research skills in the subject area.

New Jersey Municipal Court Practice

This presentation is designed to enhance attendees' legal research skills in municipal court practice. Through a series of practical illustrations on such topics as the court's jurisdiction over different types of matters, the municipal court rules, municipal court discovery and motion practice, burdens of proof, trials and appeals, the focus of this legal research skills presentation will be to enhance attendees' ability to address issues that arise in the subject area.
